Be Still, and Wait

I know what you said to me. I heard it loud and clear.

“Be still, and wait.”

So I will. When I’m fearful, doubtful. When I worry or feel envy.

I will be still and wait.

Because I know that you are going to do something bigger and better than anything I could imagine.

You know what’s best for me and at what time.

I don’t want someone else’s story. I want what you’ve written for my life.

So, I will be still. And I will wait.
